The Sugar Bowl New Year’s annual parade begins at 3:00 p.m. ET on December 31, 2023, with a Mardi Gras-style parade including floats, entertains, bands, and participants. WDSU-TV will live televise the Sugar Bowl Parade in New Orleans.
